Delivery & Shipping Policy
SAME-DAY DELIVERY: Available in Tampa Bay Area 7 Days a Week. 9AM - 7PM EST.

Take advantage of our new delivery method; In most cases, buy today and receive it the SAME DAY! All delivery services require $10 Minimum Purchase Order. Any orders over $74.99, delivery fee will be WAIVED!!

All orders placed before 5PM EST. will be delivered the same day. We will try our best to have your orders fulfilled and delivered within 3 hours from purchase. All orders placed after 5PM EST will be delivered the next day, excluding any Holidays by noon.
Exception: Bundles - Hair on hand will be delivered or shipped within 1-3 days. For pre-orders, shipping can take up to 14 days.

PLEASE ADVISE: When using Klarna as a buy now, pay later option payment processing can take up to 12 business days.

If it's an EMERGENCY and you need your order delivered as soon as possible, it is possible to have your order expedited for an additional fee of $10 on top of the delivery fee.

Once your order has been fulfilled and out for delivery, we will send you a text or an email letting you know your order is out for delivery. We will also send you a confirmation letting you know your order has been delivered. Once your order has been delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Inconveniences may result in delivery and shipping delays, but you will be notified by text or by a call for the delays and estimated time of arrival.

Xpress Beauty Care Fees and Taxes
Xpress Beauty Care charges fees based on the services being offered. You can find the breakdown of specific fees below.
Delivery Fee:
Xpress Beauty Care delivery starts at $10.25 for same day orders over $10. Fees vary for expedited services and by distance. The delivery fee also includes a Handling Fee of $3 and a Service Fee of $4. The handling fee covers the cost of expenses related to fulfillment such as packing cost. The service fee covers a range of operating costs including insurance, maintenance and customer support. The handling and service fees aren't tips and doesn't go toward the driver delivering your order.

Taxes:

Like any other service and product, you'll see taxes in the order total on your receipt upon the completion of your order. The taxes you pay on products purchased through Xpress Beauty Care platform are calculated the same way as in a physical store.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Standard Shipping: We are dedicated to fulfilling and shipping orders as fast as we can. In most cases, your order will ship out within 24 hours of the purchased order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or undeliverable packages due to incorrect shipping address or shipping delays caused by the carrier. Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL and we hope that you will be satisfied with anything you will buy from our website. Xpress Beauty Care is all about customer satisfaction, but if your purchase does not meet your needs, we're here to assist. However, if after delivery, you discover that the beauty products you ordered are different from the one delivered (in size, texture, color etc.), please call or email us immediately and send photographic evidence to confirm we have actually delivered a wrong beauty product. If a beauty product delivered to you is not as described on our website on the order confirmation page, or damaged in transit during delivery, the customer should keep the product as it is with the original packaging so we can inspect it and a full exchange will be made. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging with their labels intact.
You may exchange the item for something else, subject to stock availability (excluding any delivery charges). A restock fee of 10% will be applied.
For all exchange items, you will have to pay any difference in the cost of the new item and an additional delivery fee will apply for any additional items ordered. We will tell you what the charge is so you can arrange payment.
RETURN PROCEDURE
When returning goods, please include your order number, full name and the reason for return.
Please wrap your good in its original packaging and securely to avoid damage in transit back to us. Please note we cannot accept an item for an exchange if it has been damaged in transit to us. We advise you to obtain a proof of posting certificate if using the Post Office.
If returning items in an order where the initial order qualified for a free gift, the free gift must be returned in an unused condition too. Any items returned without the qualifying free gift will not be exchanged.
Exchanges are only allowed on damaged items or items that were delivered incorrectly.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygienic purposes, certain types of items cannot be returned, such as;

Items that could be worn (wigs, bundles, ponytails, buns, clip-ins, wig caps, durags...etc.)

Items on sale or promotion

Gift Cards

Unsealed items

Cosmetics (lashes, lip-care, foundations, make-up brushes...etc.)

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically receive store credits that will be valid for 12 months.
